Catelyn Radeck Middletown Christian signs with Lindsey Wilson College


Catelyn Radeck, a 6-2 post player from Franklin, Ohio, who played last season at
Middletown Christian (Ohio) High School, has signed an NAIA scholarship with the Lindsey Wilson
College women's basketball team, head coach John B. Wethington announced on Tuesday.
"Catelyn has lots of potential and can help add depth to the post for our team next season," Wethington
said. "We are excited as a staff to have Catelyn join our program."
Radeck was a four-year letter winner and three-year starter at Middletown Christian, serving as cocaptain
the past two seasons. She averaged 11 points and 12 rebounds through four years and posted a
career-high 24 points, 19 rebounds and six blocked shots against Lockland High on Jan. 25.
During her prep career, Radeck has been named the most improved player, earned the coaches' award
and been named Player of the Week by the Middletown Journal. Radeck also played AAU basketball for
the Cincinnati Storm coached by Floyd Brewer and played varsity soccer at Middletown Christian.
Catelyn, who will pursue a degree in elementary education, is the daughter of Rodger and Bobbi Radeck.
Her older sister, Christina Elizabeth, serves in the United States Army and is based out of the 101st
airborne in Ft. Campbell, Ky. She also has a younger brother, Connor Joseph
